Por favor traiga una esterilla y ropa comoda, una botella de agua y una sudadera para no pasar frio durante la relajación.
Idioma / Language: I’m teaching in English and Spanish, but can also support you in German, Egyptian-Arabic. / Doy las clases en inglés y español, pero puedo apoyarte en alemán y egipcio-árabe.
ENGLISH
The classes are a mix of energetic postures, stretching, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation. For many poses I will offer different variations to suit them to different physical abilities. My classes blend mindfulness with physical movement.
I am inviting you to getting to know your body better, being gentle, kind and patient with yourself, but also to challenge and question your believed limitations. I will encourage you to leave your comfort zone and explore new possibilities.

Las clases son una combinación de posturas energéticas, estiramientos, meditación, pranayama (técnicas de respiración) y relajación. Siempre ofrezco variaciones de posturas para adaptarlas a diferentes habilidades físicas.
Te invito a conocer mejor tu cuerpo, que seas gentil, amable y paciente contigo mism@, pero también desafíes y cuestiones tus limitaciones. Te animaré a que abandones tu zona de confort y explores posibilidades nuevas. Mis clases se combinan la atención plena con el movimiento físico.
