What is a Gong Bath?
A GONG bath is a complete immersion in sound. The gong takes you into a state of deep relaxation where a natural healing of the physical, mental and emotional bodies can occur. SOBRE CLAUDIA WIENS
Después de utilizar los cuencos tibetanos en sus clases de yoga durante un tiempo, completó una formación de masaje de sonido (nivel 1 & 2) y una formación de gongs grandes (80 – 110 cm) con Jacomina Kistemaker, maestra de sonidos y fundadora del Centro Punta de Couso en Galicia, España. En 2019 completó la formación de Voz Sanadora también con Jacomina Kistemaker. Además completó la formación de Gong Master avanzado con los gran maestros Don Conreaux y Aidan McIntyre en Inglaterra. Y otra formación de sonidos con Jens Zygar en Alemania.
ABOUT CLAUDIA WIENS
After incorporating the use of Tibetan singing bowls in her yoga classes for quite a while, she undertook a sound massage training (level 1 & 2) with internationally renowned sound master and founder of the sound centre Punta de Couso Centre in Galicia, Jacomina Kistemaker. Some time afterwards she took also with Jacomina a training for big gongs (80 to 110cm) and a Healing Voice training. In 2019 she joined the Advanced Gong Master training with the great gong masters Don Conreaux and Aidan McIntyre in the UK. In 2021 she received another sound training with Jens Zygar in Germany.
